2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the payment method belongs to you and the shipping information is accurate.
3. Products & Availability
We do our best to display accurate colors, textures, and lengths, but slight variations are normal for hair products. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct pricing or description errors at any time. If we cancel your order, we will refund any charge.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and its providers.
5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and start when your order ships, not when it is placed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. See our Shipping page for details.
6. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, worn, altered, cut, colored, or installed hair cannot be returned. Unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details and email service@shopsugarcrown.com with your order number to start a request. Custom orders are final sale.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the Site or its content without written permission.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
8. Intellectual Property
