Every crown is handcrafted to order. Most orders arrive at your door in 6–8 business days via FedEx International Priority.
Order Cutoff — 2:00 PM EST
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are sent to production the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST (or on weekends/US holidays) start the next business day.
Why the cutoff? Sugar Crown and our atelier are on opposite sides of the world (US ↔ China). The 2 PM EST cutoff makes sure your order lands in the workshop first thing their morning — no lost day.
From Order to Doorstep
Standard order: 6–8 business days door-to-door
Custom color: 8–11 business days door-to-door
Shipping — FedEx International Priority
Every order ships via FedEx International Priority with full tracking. Typical transit from our workshop to a US address is 2–4 business days once the label is created.
You will receive a tracking email the moment your unit leaves the workshop, so you can follow your crown all the way home.
Free Shipping
Orders over $99 ship free within the United States. Standard rates apply below that and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Weekends & US Holidays
Production runs Monday–Friday. Orders placed Friday after 2 PM EST, on weekends, or on US holidays start production the next business day.
