"Sugar Crown", the Sugar Crown wordmark, and related branding are trademarks of Sugar Crown. You may not use them in any way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our prior written permission. Other product and company names on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
3. What You Can Do
- View, share, and link to our public pages for personal, non-commercial use.
- Repost our social media content with credit to @shopsugarcrown (or the original post) and without altering the image or removing watermarks.
- Write honest reviews, tutorials, and try-on videos featuring products you purchased.
4. What You Cannot Do
- Copy, reproduce, or republish our product photos, videos, or copy on another store, marketplace listing, dropshipping site, or ad without written permission.
- Use our name, logo, or images to sell products that are not ours (this includes counterfeits and knock-offs).
- Scrape, data-mine, or bulk-download any part of the Site.
- Register domain names, social handles, or ad accounts that impersonate Sugar Crown or use confusingly similar names.
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works of our content and pass them off as your own.
5. User-Submitted Content
When you send us photos, reviews, or tag us on social media, you keep ownership of your content but grant Sugar Crown a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and share it for marketing purposes, with credit when practical. Do not submit anything you don't own or have permission to share.
6. Reporting Infringement (DMCA)
If you believe content on shopsugarcrown.com infringes your copyright, email service@shopsugarcrown.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL(s) on our Site where the material appears.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid notices and remove infringing material where appropriate.
7. Reporting Counterfeits & Impersonators
Seen a fake Sugar Crown store, social account, or listing using our photos, name, or logo? Please email service@shopsugarcrown.com with the subject line "Counterfeit Report" and include screenshots and links. We investigate every report.
8. Third-Party Rights
We respect the intellectual property of others. If we learn that content on our Site was posted without proper rights, we will remove it. If you believe your rights are being violated on our Site, please contact us.

We may update this page as our brand and platform evolve. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
